Parangtritis Beach

Bantul has many beautiful beach, one of them is Parangtritis Beach. It has peak , it is look like view guard house , you can see the beach from this place. It has different view in the afternoon and in the evening. In the afternoon, you can see the vast ocean and its beach is crowdedly in the weekend. In the evening you can enjoy romantic moment over there. You can see the ocean, beach and beautiful sky with lovely moon and stars also you can enjoy see the other peak from this place. I would like to give you the situation sample. I took this picture in the afternoon and in the evening. Now Parangtritis is more pure than many years before. You have to see and enjoyed this place. Where is Java? Java is one of the loveliest places in Indonesia. Java consists of 5 regions. They are Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, and East Java. Many beautiful place and culture in there. Such as beach, museum, royal place (Indonesian use to call it Keraton), traditional market, historical place, pure nature etc. First, let me tell some about that place.

Yogyakarta

Do you know that Yogyakarta has many names? Indonesian use to call it Jogja, Student City, Gudeg City. They call it Jogja because the word is very simple and easy listening. Why Jogja is called Student City? Do you now? Because many Student from different region in Indonesia study in there. So, many young persons come and stay and you can see them study almost everyday. Gudeg is a name for the traditional food from Jogja, so many of us called jogja as “Gudeg city”.

Jogja consists of 5 region, there are Bantul, Kulon Progo, Sleman, Gunung Kidul, and Central Jogja.

Bantul (Indonesia Souvenir)

Let me tell about Bantul first, many tourism place in there such as beach, handicraft etc. The most beautiful beach is Depok Beach, it’s wavy. You can see in the picture below.

For the handicraft, Kasongan is the famous one of clay industry. Kasongan is located in the north side from Central Bantul. Its basic from home industry from many years a go. Now they have showroom to perform their product. So, you have to come, see and have it. Of course the price is very low. The products are very antique and unique. It has export quality.

In the south next Kasongan for about 1kilometres is Pucung. Pucung produce statue. The statue are made from wood. The type of this statue look like Asmat’s in Irian Jaya, antique and unique. They make it in small up to giant size. It is export quality. Please come, see and you must have it

In the south next Pucung, you can find Leather Industry, its name is Manding. Many goods producted from this place. You can find Bag, Jacket, Wallet, Shoes, Sandals, Hat, Belt are made by leather. Its home industry basic. You can buy with low price if you can bargain the product that you want to have.
